How does a holiday affect my deliveries?
We do not deliver on holidays, however we will send out a text or email informing you about changes on pick-up/delivery
Do you have a referral program?
We love to expand our fit family and we are always looking for ways to support more people in making healthy choices. Therefore, we love for our clients to refer us to others and upon your referral ordering meals you will receive a $10 credit toward your next order. Just email us the name of the referral and after they place their first order a $10 promo code will be emailed to you to be redeemed at any time.
Are there any delivery fees?
The delivery fee is added on at checkout, we accept all major credit cards.
How does ordering work?
With a 6 week rotating menu, our options are abundant and ever changing. Every week, we release new options. Just log on, order and set up your delivery date. Orders may be placed from midnight Friday until midnight Wednesday. Orders placed by 12AM Friday will be available for pick up or delivery the next Sunday. With a wide delivery window of 9AM-10PM, you will receive a text message notification to the phone number you provided when ordering, alerting you that your meals are on the way. You should expect to receive a text message within 2 hours before delivery is set to begin.
How long do meals last?
Your meals are always prepared fresh and delivered fresh. Therefore, they will remain fresh for a full 7 days in the refrigerator. Perfect timing for your new delivery to arrive!
Where are your ingredients sourced?
Fresh Start sources its fresh vegetables wholesome grains and protein choices from local Michigan farmers. We think it is environment friendly and sustainable to shop within the niche of farmers and meat producers in our immediate surroundings. We take pride in our meals being fresh and never frozen. Therefore, we shop locally and immediately after our ordering deadlines to ensure that you are getting the freshest meals throughout the week.
What happens if I miss delivery?
Contact us and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request!
How to reheat meals?
Our meals are stored in recyclable BPA free containers. These containers are safe for heating in the microwave. You can keep the lid on the containers and heat for 2-3 minutes depending on the density of the food item. Leaving the lid on allows it to steam and keep moisture in during the meal reheating process. You can also preheat your oven to 350 degrees, remove from the containers into an oven safe dish, and heat for 10-12 minutes.
